New film by Tim Burton is being released on Sept 9th, 2009 (9-9-09) called, "9"

Started out as a short film made by one guy, Shane Acker. here is the amazing short film:

Yeah, it looks like a really neat dark animation, and the animation itself just looks unbelievable.

We rented Transformers. Loved it!! Some of the parts (the dialogue) were kinda stupid, but the effects were awesome.

Hah, I loved the first one. The new Transformers that hit theaters last week....not so much. All action and explosions, no story. Just like EVERY other damn movie that gets made these days, because the average American has the attention span of a squirrel.

**spoiler

I liked the first Transformers better, this one was too wacky.

And like my Ju Jutsu instructor said, why didn't they just use the piece of the all spark to revive Optimus Prime, instead of travel all over the world on a vage assumption that something else would work?

And there were too many Transformers with no character development and the fight scenes were worse and the camera never showed what's really going on, just abunch of explosions and shaky camera movement.

First one was leeps and bounds better.

Exactly, like I said....the average joe these days is fooled by the explosions and fighting and assumes that it makes for an instant good film.

I just bought the Trilogy for Star Ship Troopers. LOVE the first one. The other 2 were entertaining, but not as good.

Oh, and I've seen the Hangover like... 3 times. I love it. xD

That's so true! I love it!

I felt like I paid $10 to listen to a blender with a picture of Megan Fox taped to the screen for 150 minutes....

Did anyone else notice that Barracade just dissapeared from the first Tranformers? It was a brainless movie, fun, but brainless. And did anyone else notice that Jazz, the only black autobot, died? Just saying.

yeah I noticed that about Jazz and that kinda bothered me. He was suppose to be the weapons specialist and his gear sucked bottom... A weapon specialist should have some bad bottom weapons and be able to destroy

Jazz was Optimus' right hand, 2nd in command.

Yeah, the Barricade thing pissed me off too. He fought Bumblebee, was damaged, got fixed, reappeared on the freeway with Devastator and Bonecrusher, flashed his sirens to get cars to move out the way, Bonecrusher got killed my Prime, Barricade disappears....

About to watch the movie, Pi. A few friends used to always rave about it, but I have never seen it myself. Will comment after.
