Lol yeah, it's not a problem with the link. It's a problem with my internet connection. It's why I was unable to post after I said I was back on the old forums. For some reason it just won't load. Takes like ten minutes just to load a page.

Anywho..

Here's my favorite poem that I've ever done. The rest I consider to be all crap.

What if you weren't there to see tomorrow?
Would you die in happiness or die in sorrow?

Are you satisfied with life? Did you fulfill your role?
Or are you begging for someone to free your soul?

Did you ever just want it all to end?
Was there ever a thing you wanted to tell the world,
As the days continued and your life unfurled?
Did you ever say "I can't" when you could?
Did you feel you were always misunderstood?
Would you tell a dark secret to that certain person?

Maybe you don't care what you do or not,

Lolz, thanks Shay. I'm thinkin I'm gonna post more of my poetry on here. I've written lots and I never share it. In fact, here's another;

Starshine

A single star in the millions above
One stands out of them all
It burns brighter, flickering in the night
A glow that cannot be hidden by cloud
Nor drowned by the light of the moon
Forever its sight will be burned in my soul
The light ignites a feeling within
A feeling unknown
A feeling to hold
A feeling to cherish
A feeling to embrace
A simply complex feeling
Unexplainably explained with certainty
The truth of the feeling
Caused by a single bright star among millions

You have great work. Only poem I've ever liked of mine was the one I posted above. However, I'll post some from when I was really young between the ages of 11 and 15. Don't laugh at them, kai?

August 28, 1999 - The worst day of my life. I was 11 when I did this.

"August Memories"

End of spring,
Beginning of fall.
Kids at school
Running in the hall.
A great time
For adventure and fun.
Meeting new friends
And playing in the sun.
Everyone's enjoying it,
Can't you see?
Everyone that is,
Except for me.
Sitting in the hospital,
Hoping and praying
The doctores will come
And say dad's staying.
That I can take him home
Forever and ever.
But that's just a wish,
They had to pull the lever.
How could he do this
And leave me behind?
Please, oh please, Daddy,
Come back to me!
All I ever wanted
Was a happy family.
Now I'm here,
Cold and alone,
Doesn't anyone want
A child to own?

I have a few more. I don't like this next one as much as I like August Memories. August Memories is stil the most difficult one for me to read. Tell you the back story some day.

"December Baby"

December 8, I was born.
Not too great, my mom's heart was torn.
She wanted nothing of the sort.
'Cept marry in a nice resort.
All my life pushed around,
In and out of each little town.
Can't anyone see
What's happening to me?
Searching, searching for a place to live.
Won't anyone spare some food to give?
My daddy's dead,
Mommy's giving head.
I'm taking care of my brothers
And sending them off to bed.
I'm lost and scared.
My parents never cared.
I wish I knew
What the hell to do.
I try to end it, end my life,
Slitting my wrists with a pocketknife.
Nothing works and I'm still here.
When will life reach its near?
December 8 and I'm 15.
Now ask me why I'm so damn mean.

Next one, I'm not too proud of. =/ I'm not like this anymore, I assure you.

"Suicide"

Suicide is what I ponder
Wondering if it's full of pain
But when I scratch
And slice
And cut
There's no tears to fall like rain
But still I wonder what it's like
And if I should go through
Then I conclude there is no pain
No matter what I may do

I think I was 16 or 17 when I did this one. It's about my dad again.

"My Mistake"

Am I so blind my eyes can't see
That I thought this could be
As I near the end my heart is broke
For I remember each word we spoke
Never ceasing to feel this pain
My mind so lost I go insane
Leaving now for each our sake
Knowing now this was a mistake
