That's like the only piece I have like that, I think Blondie said she has a box full of them and in better quality.

Yeah, seems like she kept her Legos in a box all these years, but my only clear piece was already well used before it was even given to me.

Well my Lego was well used, the only thing that I can think is that I didn't take my Lego outside in the garden, like some other kids did. You know, sand, water, cars, dolls, Lego!
Maybe mine didn't get enough UV rays?
Mine were deprived of sunshine. I liked to play with them indoors.
