Hell no, I smurf hate Twitter.

Twitter lets you send little status updates of what you're currently doing.

Hmmm.... doesn't Facebook have this feature? Plus like a bunch of other features? Why would you go to Twitter for only one feature?

That's like buying a remote that has all the functions on it (facebook), or having a remove with only one button on it, and all it does is turn the mute on or off (twitter)

Seriously, it's ridiculous. Especially how popular something so stupid and pointless has got.

I think twitter is great because the features facebook has that twitter doesn'r are just stuff I don't need. Plus twitter is just like a blog, except it's easoer to use, but whatever. It was just a suggestion

That's only for people who don't have a life, what I was thinking of is like a NELG twitter page, as in a place that had something like updates for the NELG, and stuff like that. Not as a place that tells you whenever Clarence takes a crap of scratches his ear :\

We do have that on facebook. Twitter is just overloaded with people randomly telling others what they're doing, what they think, what they feel, what they eat, what they drink, where they scratch themselves...
There are not that many updates that we'd need to post there regularly.
Sure, facebook has a lot of applications, but you don't need to install them or just remove them.

when you say a "*** person" it usually means someone who has an obsession with *** and there are a few of them around when it comes to Twitter.

When twitter first came out I thought it was stupid. Now freakin everyone and everything twitters... tv shows, movie stars, businesses.. it's insane how widespread it has gotten.

I still refuse to fall into the trap though.
