I need help
I never have time for breakfast... I find myself eating a granola bar while walking to work or a handful of crackers.
I hate cereal, cold milk while cold, screw that
I need quick, easy ideas, got any ?
Don't want to microwave things or have any real prep work.

Re: Breakfast ideas
Assemble a casserole the night before. Pop it in the oven as soon as you get up. Let it cook while you get ready for work.
Switch from a granola bar to a piece of fruit and a yogurt.
Frozen waffles, toasted, with peanut butter.
English muffin or bagel with a spread of your choice.
Vodka. (no?)

Instant oatmeal, yogurt with granola and sliced banana, drizzled with honey, cottage cheese on toast with marmalade on top.
That, or coffee. And vodka to go.

Fruit and yoghurt, or toast. I do wonder why we spell yoghurt with an H in the uk.
I live off porridge with jam/banana myself but that requires a microwave.
Sometimes I do overnight oats, the night before you just stick oats in a mug with yoghurt and a bit of milk and give it a stir, and then in the morning it turns into porridge and you can add fruit or whatever to it. So basically cold porridge. But this you can take with you, which is handy.

Re: Breakfast ideas
If you have a piece of fruit with your granola bar, you are getting some good nutrition. Not a bad little start to the day.
