I don't know if anyone has been to Bangor, Me, but there is a chinese place called Happy China Buffet or something on the main Stillwater avenue near Bangor Mall across the street from Joannes.
Anyway, they had a buffet and I tried a little of everything, but man, they had mushroom chicken and it was so good.
It was just full big pieces of mushrooms and chicken and some kind of sauce, no gravy.
I tried to find a recipie but oly find versions that contain cheese.
Anyone know what I'm talking abour ot an easy way to make it?
