Could he be more powerful then Steroids Man?
Good old Ultra Man.
He his his magical ring that gives him powers... which always ends up getting stolen.
A very super-man esque superhero who has been hinted as being from another planet.
No patience for Steroids Man at all, in fact Steroids Man may very well give him a heart attack one of these days.
