I actually want to give up all pops...

I achieved this before, but fell off the wagon somehow.... last time I did this I seriously lost a LOT of weight and very fast.... people thought I was sick I lost it so fast.......

Anyway.... I don't really need to lose much weight right now, but it's just so unhealthy.... so wish me luck and give me encouragement as I work through this :)

You can do it, Coke is tasty but not very healthy.
If it is too difficult you can maybe have some coke once in a while, like every few weeks. Drinking and eating less sugar is good for your body, the diet stuff with sweetener is no good either. I should quit that too.

I should probably cut back on my soda intake too.

But I'm weak.

If you drink it a lot, like every day already, then get off of it gradually. Like if you normally have 10 cans a week, then have 8 or 9. If you achieve that, make the amount smaller.

There WAS a point, I forget when, back in 2006 or 6007 where I DID give up pop for like a MONTH

I have faith in ya. :) I rarely drink soda as it is, but I find it's a lot easier when you have other delicious drinks around the house such as juice or flavored waters.

I was at Arby's tonight and almost had pop... I was going to get 7UP and avoid dark pop... but then I seen they had grape water so I chose that.... so I'm completely pop free in 2010....

I had Fruitopia a few times... but that doesn't count as pop right?

At least it's way better then Coke...

Hey, how come Fruitopia only tastes good in a fountain despencer, but not in a can/bottle?

I'm kind of curious about that too. I find that almost everything tastes better fountain. There are many sodas that I will only drink if they are fountain, like coke of any kind. Absolutely LOVE fountain coke and cherry coke. Refuse to drink them otherwise.

Sometimes at the soda fountain they make the mix a little strong. Then when the ice starts to melt, it will still taste okay.

So far so good.... no pop on 2010

However, Terminator 2 is coming to theaters on a Friday night Feb 26th.... I will have a coke and popcorn then... I just hope the movie quality is good, I am so excited to see this in theaters for the first time!
