I often have a craving just before I get ill. I crave something really really really sweet, so sweet I can actually taste it without having it. In less than 2 hours from that I get ill.

Yeah, that happened to me all the time. Untill I started an Ayurvedan diet. I'd like to say more about that but it would turn into spamming.

I think it has something to do with the fact that I'm eating healthy now, or at least healthier than before I ended up in the hospital. I'm just so tired of ending up in the hospital literally every New Year. Where as my eating habits are not the direct cause of putting me in the hospital, I think it will definitely help my body and immune system grow and last longer.

I craving one of my adult vitamin gummies. They're so delicious and actually make me want to take them on a daily basis.

Nona used to end up in hospital every Winter. First of all cos she had pneumonia, then cos she fainted (on the day we were going to a wedding anniversary party), then there was another time which I can't remember.
She then became a vegetarian and hasn't been in hospital since. Except once when her iron levels got really low.
