I am actually really looking forward to moving out into a house for many reasons. One of them being a garage! (Hopefully) Once I have a garage, I do plan on "setting up shop" so to speak. I already have a decent amount of basic tools, but I want to start building again. One of my favorite extracurricular classes was Shop Class. I have a lot of things I need/want but would much rather design and build my own than spend a ridiculous amount at some store for something that only partially meets my needs.
