smurf my nuts in the bottom

frig man.... my friend bought me some mixed nuts.... but I can't open them, I don't have a nut-cracker..... so that kinda makes it an balloon knot gift in a way.... anyone got any innovative ideas to open nuts without a nut-cracker?

Between a door and it's frame, on the side where the hinges are. You don't have to use a lot of force.
But if the nuts are hard there is a chance you might damage the door, or the frame.

Holding more than one in your hand at the same time and then squeezing will usually cause one of them to break. I use this method for pecans. It will work on bigger nuts also, but not so much for smaller ones. For that I use the can opener. You know, between the handles? Lastly, if you have a glass soda pop bottle you can use it. Put the nuts on newspaper or something and use the bottom of the bottle, where it is curved in. Bang, Nuts!
