Funny thing about Diet sodas... the Aspartame is sweet without the calories that would come from sugar, but it makes you crave carbohydrates. Yeah, so you get your sugars and starches later from other sources like cheesy poofs and cookies and stuff.

I stopped drinking Coke... all cola beverages, actually... in 1994. Once in a while I have a Dr Pepper or Mountain Dew, but only half a glass.
