Ok, so I'm stuck on 86. I have moved the blinking red and yellow pattern all over the place, even to the point where it is almost completely off the screen, but I can't access the circles or the blue background underneath the flashing pattern. I have also clicked pretty much everywhere but with no results. What am I missing?

You are on the right track,but what you do you have to do it for a reason.
Did you noticed something?

Notice something as in the frequency of the horizontal semi-circles in contrast to the vertical ones? Other than that I'm not sure what you are refering to. Does what I'm suppose to notice have to do with the flashing pattern or the sequence of semi-circles? Or am I totally missing the objective?

Avoid the distractions and keep trying stuff. Try to figure out if something changes. If so, keep going.
