stuck here! Think I understand what letters to enter but can't see where to enter them - any clues please?

letters as shown on keyboard with some asterisks on top line and red,green and blue square with ? in them. Also writing on RHS - but no box to enter PW

still baffled - is there any significance in the asterisks moving along the top line - also can click and hold to make screen go black in places. Worried my program is playing up.

It's acting exactly as it should.

And yeah, that's pretty important. Do they look familiar?
