The kids and I came into this show late. We skipped season two because I'd heard that the season three winner was blind, and I was excited to see that. All season, they would mention how inspirational she was, and they were right. However, there was one moment that season that really stood out to me. During a team challenge, one of the guys told the girls on his team they should show nipples to get their team more votes. One of the contestants, a single mom named Monti, called him out, told him to shut up and be respectful. Yes!! I messaged her on Facebook last night to tell her that my nine year old daughter saw that, and it gave us a great opportunity to talk about how no one should talk to women like that, and I thanked her for letting my kids see a woman not taking that shazam!.

I heard back from her this morning!! Made my day!
