Yes, it keeps crashing here too. Usually I have spent my energy by then, so it's not such a big nuisance.

Bella, click on the 'Help' tab on the top of the play screen (the yellow bar). Then scoll down and click 'customer service'. That will bring you to the player support page. On the bottom right there are two options: 'chat live' and 'email us'.
The 'chat live' option has a line that tells you wether someone is available to help. I do recommend the 'chat live' option.
They can instantly help, and if needed ask questions that you can answer right away. It's the fastest and surest way to get issues resolved.

Seems they got rid of email and live chat, at least for non-paying customers. All this page leads to is a place where you can post your question or read related articles. Apparently you can get help from other players. This doesn't help much though when I have issues with posting to the feed.

If you have enough water pumps, they cut the crop growing time in half.

I have the same issues. Nothing seems to get posted and it takes forever and an eternity to finish quests.

Thanks for posting, LaLou. Neither of the options are available for me when I go to this page, there is only a big white void with nothing. Not being able to get anything from my posts is still ok in Castleville because enough people post the items needed and I collect from them (sorry for not being able to fertilize the tree more often chex ). It's really tedious in Farmville 2 though since I can't finish quests.

I went a few days not getting anything from the feed. I can't believe that's not fixed across the board yet. It's kinda a big part of the game!
