I think it is Lantern Festival today in certain parts of the world? Halfway between Solstice and Equinox, or halfway through Winter. Either way, it is still sort of a Winter Holiday.... and this is the 4th post

We had a week in the 60-70s then immediately back down to the 30-40s, also the 60-70 melted too much snow and there was a lot of flooding, lots of basements and whatnot, but everyone responded a lot better to it having learned from the last big one, the city put up barriers to stop the water from the lake before it got too high.
Most of the flooding was basements for people out of town and parks and stuff
