Clarence. I would just like that I think you suck and that I hate your face. You're a misleading bastard.
BUT I'm a good sport. So congrats on the record breaker you piece of shazam!.
Also I'm removing
Reaper says: "I was asking if it was one of the Amendments that made it cease to exist."
And
Um. Did Clarence take over Chex's account?

Re: The Inquest of Hurricane Lenny
The one where you elaborated on your question counts, you legitimately wanted to be sure I understood correctly thereby asking another question.

So what if I never responded to that at all? You would have wanted me to right?

I was making sure we were on the same page. I thought the way I wrote it that you thought I was asking if the item itself was the amendment.

Getting clairification on something because you failed to ask it to your liking and needing a responce to it counts as another question.
Just give me the meager one point and call it a day man.

Re: The Inquest of Hurricane Lenny
I agree with Lalou on the other thread, that it has nothing to do with television or computers. The TRACKING of the storm did, but not the storm itself. You were intentionally misleading on that one. You got annoyed with reaper and Vincent for picking obscure cartoon characters no one has heard of because it sucked the fun out of the game. Being intentionally misleading also sucks the fun out. Sorry dude. I feel you answered quite a few questions wrongly.
One I didn't see mentioned was the question about if it followed the quoted part of the rules. You said it didn't, but a hurricane is most definitely a thing.
Past/present tense was also intentionally misleading. Present tense is perfectly usable, even if the hurricane already died out, as you are thinking of it in the present.

Re: The Inquest of Hurricane Lenny
If I'm recalling a thing that no longer exists, then it has to be asked in a past tense.
Is it big or is it small or etc no longer apply but was it big and was it small can be answered with something other than no.
Seriously, if my old house that used to be 3 bedrooms was demolished and you asked "does it have 3 bedrooms?" ummmmmm no ... but it used too.
The hurricane was a thing but is no more. You asked if it is (currently) a thing not if it was.
I still say the question was very broad in asking if it has ANYTHING to do with, tv's computers and etc. I couldn't answer no 100% on that one.
This time I kept it simple yes or no, I didn't throw in any "mostly yes" or "usually no" or maybe etc etc.
To answer strictly with yes/no gives these results.
I still stand by my answers and sorry if I annoyed anyone too much ... but I also feel like you led yourselves down the wrong track and mislead yourselves focusing on low value questions.

Re: The Inquest of Hurricane Lenny
I don't agree with the logic and execution of some of your answers, Clarence.
Not important. But I do think you should have a better understanding of the subtleties of the thing you are trying to describe.
If you can't tell me the scientific law that made the hurricane cease to exist in one post, I am mailing you a punch to the face.

The wind died down and it was tired of spinning for a week.
But there is a such thing as the law of nature.
Blame Reaper for asking that question "Did it cease to exist because of law"
He was askin for it

I am winding up my punchin' fist buddy....
WHAT law of nature? There are a bunch of 'em.
Would you like a hint? I already know the answer.

By the way... the questions about computers and television that you answered yes to were present tense. If you're going to use past/present to be misleading, be consistent.

Okay, fine. No mail-order punches to the face.
Entropy is the natural law whereby all systems tend toward a lower level of complexity, energy, and organization.
Still, nice job with a crazy stumper, even if some of the answers were a little screwy!

You can right now look up stats and tv reports online. Consist that!chex wrote:By the way... the questions about computers and television that you answered yes to were present tense. If you're going to use past/present to be misleading, be consistent.
Again, question was does it have ANYTHING to do .... there's no way I could say flat out no to that even if I wanted too.
I was playing this one with only yes or no I didn't want to add a tagline like "no ... but everything is on the internet" blah
